Telkom Insurance - CLAIM NOT BEING ATTENDED TOO

Since last month i haven't receive any communication regarding my claim - business is not responding - emails note being attended too calls no one is answering - every month payment is going off without default - but one cant be able to claim the phone - this is really poor of Telkom - now i have to take time off work and go to Telkom and i wont even get help because they will give me the same number and same email
