Telkom insurance claim

I submitted my insurance claim at telkom on the9th of September 2025 and attached all the necessary documents that were required. Till today there is no feedback, no email, no sms from them. Every time when i call ,they say they are busy with an assessment for the claim. Still nothing till to date
