Telkom insurance claim

It’s almost 2 months since i lodged a claim with Telkom for my mobile device i insured with them! No response or whatsoever until I contact them. Im so ****ed, they deducted for this month and I reversed my money, why i pay if they fail to cover for what i’m paying for?? Telkom insurance is nonsense!
