Telkom Insurance

I've been trying to get assistance with a Telkom claim, which I submitted on 25 April. I was told that I would receive a call in this regard on 1 May, but have had no further communication from Telkom Insurance.

Could someone please assist me with getting this issue resolved? I would appreciate a call, but I have also sent follow-up emails.

I hope that someone from Telkom's team will respond to this and assist me further.
