Telkom insurance

Can somebody tell me how to get hold of Telkom insurance if I've tried to email them and calling them , with no success.

I'd stay 30min waiting or more than that.

I've been sending emails to Telkom insurance ( finrite) to claim for a lost phone since 28th January 2020.

I wrote several emails, seeking for help. I've been trying to call too as well visiting their store in Sandton where I got told that the best option it's to go direct to their offices.

It's been long without a phone.

Please help!! This is bad, process my claim.
