Telkom insurance bad service

<p>Telkom insurance administered by finrite is coming across as ***** , how can a company recommend a service that doesnt cater to the clients needs? i took my phone for repairs on the 20th of March for repairs and till today i havent received it, i keep getting the same story that its booked for repairs i should contact insurance and i contact insurance they keep telling me that they waiting for a qoutation from repair centre its been 3 weeks now with the same response i visited the store numerous times to try and get the matter escalated, also sent numerous emails to the complaints email but till today not a single call or sms with response to my query ... its been 3 months without a headset that im paying for dont you think its fair to discontinue the services? </p>
