Telkom insurance

My phone was booked without insurance early June2024 and quated R537 when I ask insurance they sent it back to Telkom store then it was booked again and collected mid July then I was quoted R2800 for access fee then they said total cost were R6000 I asked why am I quoted 11times more than before I was told that is how much it cost with them then i ask to cancel that **** of insurance and ask my phone back even today I haven't received it.today when I call i was told the insurance was cancelled but the phone was waiting for payment.this has been traumatising experience and they were soo rude...all I want is my phone since im still paying for it every month and insurance still debit
