Telkom Insurance are ******!

I have tried to cancel Insurance through Omart on my telkom device. The insurance was cancelled in the same month, but they kept on taking money from my account. Now it has been since march that I am trying to get a refund, but to no avail. Just keep on getting the same response, " it takes 7 to 21 days". It has been long pass that time.
