Telkom insurance are ******

I am so frustrated with Telkom device insurance. They are ******,stay away from their insurances . My reference is ***.1. I have been Insured since 2019 2. Telkom changes insurance companies without updating their clients and when you want to cancel you are told to contact the insurance company they never told you about when signing for insurance. 3. Eventually you get hold of the company they want IMEI numbers of the phones that you no longer even have, you give them your names and ID numbers to get the IMEI numbers they don't cancel the insurance. Bunch of ******, They increase insurance without claiming and old devices that you no longer have. Have dealt with admin plus on cancelling the insurance only to find out that they are no longer an insurance, in October I finally found out that it it Worldwide Advisory Services underwriter by OMART INSURE,If you see their name run for your life, They are Bunch of ******. Infact do not take insurance from Telkom try somewhere else,rather go to AON and others.

I have been paying for devices I don't even have these ****** are still *****ing my money. Telkom is together with them,such a big company with ****** raising money by *****ing our hard earn money. This is to arlet all the innocent unsuspecting consumer to open their eyes on Teljom insurance, before you regret.
