its about time telkom get's up to date with their processes as they keep slacking in their day to day duties. Now its the insurance part of telkom that is on the wrong footing pertaining to monies going off the account without when the insurance was cancelled please can someone thats knows what they doing please run telkom properly and educate the staff from the bottom
