TELKOM INSURANCE AND FINRITE IS A **** AND *****!!!!!!!

Telkom insurance is a *****! They are using some business that does not even have a licence to insure and use underwriters themselves. they force their customers to take up insurance with this Finrite administrators business. I have been waiting over a month for my claim to be process after complaining on Hello Peter the first time thats when they decided to reach out some lady named Danielle after that she demanded i pay access then they will further authorise my claim. but how do i pay access before my claim is authorised? I am sure she wanted me to pay then she was going to go quiet again
