Telkom Insurance and Cellphone Contract.

The client services at Telkom is extremely poor and they so unprofessional. I submitted documents for insurance claim since from last week until today, I have not heard anything from them. South Africans don't take Telkom Cellphone contracts with Insurance, you'll regret the rest of your life. They are full of empty promises. I pay installment monthly but the service I am getting is extremely poor.

I regret taking their products, network service is poor , the list is endless.
