Telkom Insurance Admin Plus

I rate this company 0 especially their insurance admin plus. Its been nothing but a pain in a**. I took a contract on a Huawei nova 5T in December 2019 together with Telkom insurance which is deducted together on my monthly statement every month.

On the 08th November 2020 I lost my phone and couldn't find it anywhere. I reported the phone, blacklisted it and claimed on the insurance which has not given me any useful feedback. I was told to call *** which never goes through to an agent and cuts off after 8minutes. Telkom assistants at BT Ngebs Mall told me to write to telkom@adminplus which the matter was taken by N***we who took forever to give useful response. The matter taken over by Ethel who gave a response that the claim was approved and should wait for procurement. TO THIS DAY 2 MONTHS LATER WITHOUT A DEVICE I'M STILL WAITING WHILE DEDUCTIONS ARE CONTINUING. I DON'T KNOW WHO TO TURN TO THEIR PHONE NUMBERS ARE NOT ANSWERED AND DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS.

WHATS WORSE IS I I CAN'T USE MY CONTRACT NUMBER AS I WAS TOLD TO FREEZE FOR AUDIT PURPOSES. I USE THE NUMBER FOR WORK HOWEVER.
