Telkom insurance a hoax

I've submitted a claim for my cellphones which were ****** and was told to contact admin plus insurance not finrite.I contacted them and still today no reply it's easy for them to debit the insurance premiums every month but when claiming for insurance they can't help you.

Very dissapointed
