TELKOM INSURANCE ****!!!!

Zintle Nqazeka from Telkom insurance tried to get me to pay access of over R1800 on a phone I have been paying insurance on for 1 year and 6/7 months, the service I received from her was appalling,rude and unsatisfactory for a paying client, I had to cancel the claim due to this and at the same time cancelled my insurance with telkom insurance, I guess I paid them all that money for nothing you'd swear that there insurance is somewhat of a **** where they make a person pay access where it is not due!!! I'm appalled and can't wait to pay off this pathetic contract, in future I will no longer be making use of any products provided by Telkom.
