Telkom insurance 😩😩

It’s been more than 10 days waiting for my phone that i claimed at Telkom insurance , This insurance is so unreliable, when i call them they keep on asking me same questions i just need to get my phone and it’s so funny that when you join their insurance they don’t even tell you about these procedures that they are telling me now that i want to claim my phone ..Telkom please do better i am so unhappy and disappointed at the same time
