Telkom insurance

Please help me,I trying to claim my phone in Telkom insurance from January but no luck.my big problem is I been hospitalais from December due car excident and I'm still in hospital now ,I lost my phone in a excident.i phone so many times to Telkom insurance to claim my phone no one helping me .and I explained that I'm in hospital.
