Telkom Insurance

I lost my phone few weeks ago and i reported the matter to telkom since i have insurance with them and i did report it to to the police for a case number and affidavit as i was told to do, and i called the insurance i filled and signed the form that they sent to me and resent them back to them, till this day when i call the insurance they tell me that they still busy processing them. Im really disappointed with Telkom and i am thinking of canceling the contract
