Telkom insurance *******

I am so frustrated right now with this Company Telkom, I lost my phone early this month, waited 2 weeks to approve, kept on doing follow ups until it was Approved. I was told to pay an excess fee for a device I will be receiving, I paid 15% of R15 000 which they said they calculate according to value that am covered for though they still didn’t wanna disclose the phone that they will be replacing with. I asked them what will happened if I pay the excess of R15000 then they give me a phone less than R15000 they could not answer. They sent me an email asking me to send delivery address, when I called them now asking what phone they are replacing me with they told me it’s an iPhone 12, I asked them what’s the cash price is they said they don’t know, I asked if it is fair for me to pay 15% of R15 000 yet I will be receiving a phone that is not worth R15 000 they could not answer, I feel ****** right now by Telkom, would they have quoted me on an iPhone 12 which shows that it’s R10 999 on their website but they made me pay 15% of R15 000
