Telkom insurance

I have been calling the customer service and emailing telkom insurance without any assistance, I took a cellphone contract with telkom in Feb and I told them to cancel the insurance I don't want it as it was very expensive. But until this date I'm being charged R120+ for insurance that I refused, even on my contract there's no insurance. Now when I pay for my normal contract the money goes to the insurance and I'm left with debt and cancelled sim card due to non payment. Telkom is really disgusting to say the least
