Telkom insurance

I've lost my phone in March, Went to Telkom to report about my phone that was ******. They gave me a number to call in order to make a claim. Tried calling the number several time but I'm not winning. Now it's September I'm really worried if I will still get my phone. I had to buy myself a new phone because I couldn't live without a phone for such a long time. Your assistance will be highly appreciated on this matter.
