telkom insurance

Good day i would like to share my experience with telkom insurance i have contract with them for 24 month of a cellphone which i took in September 2019 with insurance so now i have lost my the phone i claimed on the 22 April 2021 then on the 26 they rep**** that they received my claim and documents and my claim have beem sent for registration,on the 18 may i try to find out how far with my claim repsonded it have been processed and escalated to managent i have provided all the proof of documentation even affidavit that state why i did not claim immediately when l lost phone they endedup not responding to emails up until noe
