Telkom Insurance

Telkom insurance is a ****, I was told I need to get proof of purchase from telkom store where I got the phone, now I got this phone on contract back in 2017, I was residing in Durban that time and now I am based in Johannesburg, they can't fix my phone but they still deduct money for insurance..Why can't you access previous purchases from your database.. Like at any telkom shop you guys should be able to retrieve proof of purchase for the customers. I went to telkom Manlyn, they told me straight up they with they bad attitude they can't assist me.I then decided to go to Durban when I got there I was told system is down Ddnt get proof of purchase, now I am stuck with this s**** phone that I am paying insurance for. I need my phone fixed as I am still paying insurance.
