Telkom Insurance

I have cancelled my contract with them July and they have sent me a confirmation letter stating 30 days notice. They are still deducting and penalizing me for disputing their deduction after cancellation.

I feel haunted, I am being contacted by debt collection and they keep on sending me SMS's that they will double deduct this festive season.

I went to Telkom branch and they opened a case stating my query, i have been contacted and they requested my 3months banking details. I have not heard from them since.

To be honest I don't know what more do I need to do from my side. This is a day light ******* in the disguise of a contract.
