Telkom Insurance

Telkom device insurance is a complete waste of time. I logged my claim on May 6, 2024, and have received no communication since. Whenever I call, I get different stories. On May 27, they told me my claim was logged for the wrong device. Today, May 30, they said the delay was due to needing a second IMEI number from me. I've decided to cancel all my device insurance because they are completely unreliable. They are only interested in taking money but never paying out claims. I want to pay off my cell phones contract and close them. I cant be dealing with such
