Telkom insurance

I bought a cellphone cash at Telkom Clearwater and asked for insurance , Josiah Mudau provided me with a number to call which is *** Finrite and sent me the invoice , Finrite refused to help and said i need to go back to the store, I cant even reach Telkom store clearwater , even the Telkom customer care cannot help , i must run back and forth for a service. such poor service !!! very dissappointed
