Telkom insurance

I have a device and insurance contract with Telkom. So i then decided to cancel my insurance and i emailed them on the 18 April 2024. I got a response from them on the 02 May 2024 that indeed my insurance has been canceled. Month of May insurance debited. It's June now and it still reflects on my invoice statement. The fact that i have got emails to prove that it has been canceled is what makes me mad. I then decided to go to the telkom store and get help. They confirmed that the insurance is still active and that i must go through the very same procedure to cancel my insurance AGAIN!!!!!! Clearly someone did not do their job properly. Bad service!!! I have emails that proves my insurance has been cancelled
