Telkom Insurance 3 week claim waiting period

I have placed an insurance claim with Telkom insurance (Finrite) for my mobile phone. It has been 2 weeks now going on 3rd and I'm still waiting, every-time which happens to be everyday because I'm desperate for a mobile phone, i get told the same story of them not receiving my Phone Usage Record, now how is that my problem? Why am i being dragged into their business with their business partners???

My business is suffering and I am inconvenienced to the core as i do not have a proper mobile phone. For the first time i took out insurance on a mobile phone and now this!!!!! Telkom and Finrite.
