Telkom Insurance

The worst service I've ever received by far from a service provider. I went to a telkom store to process a claim for my water damaged device and was informed the find my iphone feature needs to be disabled however the store does not have internet access to assist me to disable the feature.

I was asked to send my apple id and password for someone else to access it on my behalf which is a security risk and when asking for a solution from the manager named Tumelo my question was ignored and other customers were attended to.

Telkom is by far the worst and all they've told me is what they cant do and no sound solution has been given. I have never missed a premium, but at claim stage no one wants or knows how to assist.
