Telkom Insurance

i made a claim a couple of months ago for insurance on my ****** Samsung S6 on my Telkom line ********** 048 and from this day i have never heard of them until this day i pay R150 per device got two devices with insurance them. i have decided to take a contract with another cellular service so i can have a phone at least but this is the worst i have experience, i email them a couple of times and if you go to a telkom store they won't help you they just refer you to email them which i get no reply.
