Telkom Insurance

I cancelled my insurance with telkom on the 7th of May 2021 and the only canceled it on the 9th of June 2021. Still I'm being charged in July 2021 for insurance that I have cancelled 2months ago. Called Telkom and admin no one is willing to assist me
