Telkom insurance

I have been trying to claim my ****** device since Monday the 20th of December 2021 and the are not the best user friendly insurance i think they are under Admin plus insurance , first of all they do not do over the phone claims which is very odd and makes me being the customers work to claim twice as hard, then when you do do it online their claims form is not easily understood because there is no one helping you understand what certain fields on the form actually require from you, another frustrating thing is that their in insurance number is not toll free however they put you on hold for 30 minutes by the time you do get to speak to someone your airtime is almost done. They are so inconvenient and its frustrating when you are paying a businesses and when its time for them to do their part it takes forever and there is no sense of urgency.
