Telkom Insurance

Telkom Insurance is the worst,apparently my account is in arrears which I have paid in advance and wanted to send the Pop.

I've been contacting them several times on alternative options with no assistance....

Also I've submitted a claim since my device got lost/****** I couldn't track it because it was a faulty phone out of the box always gave me network connection issues

Now the insurance is asking me a "leg & arm" for the excess fee to get another device after I got a downgrade last time

This sucks bigg time!! Poor customer service!!
