TELKOM Installations Bad Service

<p>I was very dissapointed after a 4 week wait for a Telkom technician to come out to my house to install a line, that they cam for 3 minutes then left. They asked me whether I prepared the area, and i said no, its the first time anyone from Telkom has mention to me about prepping. He then went on to say that I should have drilled my own holes, and made sure that he has a place to feed through the cable for the line. He said they do not drill holes anymore.</p> <p>This is unacceptable, especially after the long wait. Now after phoning to complain about it and demand they come out asap to install the cable, after I had to prepare the area myself, we were told to WAIT 48 hrs before they can give us a date. Now the latest is that they can give me the soonest date over 2 weeks from now!!!</p> <p>This is the worst service from TELKOM.</p> <p>Even lodging an escalation with them means that you have to WAIT. Either way im going to have to WAIT!</p> <p>Even though its not my fault, this is unfair, and unacceptable!</p>
