Telkom Installation

I relocated to Middelburg from Durham and encountered endless frustrations. Firstly the system can not migrate from a fibre contract to ads without cancelling and reapplying. The installation was supposed to happen on Thursday 30 May. Openserve arrived early, looked around and left, without doing a thing. I then called 10213 about 4 times with no result and feedback other than the case is logged. Promised that it will be installed by day end Friday.Nothing happened and it is Monday now. Their system also off over weekend and currently I am so frustrated as in the ⚂ years with theme they can't help me.
