Telkom instalation fails to deliver.

iv been trying to get my adsl line installed now for the passed month and a half. first the technician said no one home, rescheduled and made sure someone was there for them. they entered the house and did a few test and left again after 6 hours they returned and told us that the line was damaged and will get back to us since it was a Friday I expected a call the Monday. no one came back. when I phone I was told my order is handed to the Cabling department and will take about two weeks. today is 2 weeks and nothing yet. when I phoned to follow up on my order I was told the order is still with the cabling department and they cant give me a ETA for when my line will be finished. This is unacceptable.
