Telkom injustice must be stopped.

After my visit to a telkom branch (Northgate) and some frustration i instructed the telkom assistant to cancel my entire account. (1) Next telkom invoice shows i still have to pay R114-08 per month??? This months invoice shows a "Adjustment charge" of R1144-08?? ***. Why is it that Telkom sees it fit to emotionally torture me this way?
