Telkom *****ING my bank account

I renew my data contract telephonically with telkom,which was delivered,it was a special.

I was surprised when they included R500 spending on top of the monthly data that am getting.

when I call telkom,it gave me some option that I couldnt understand,I then sent a mail which they rep**** after days,worse on the reply nothing made sense.

Am exhausted with this Telkom,I want to cancel I dont care if the contract its new or what,not getting value for money,they can black list I dont care,I will stop my debit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
