Telkom *****ing money through lack of successful cancelation of debit order.

After canceling my wifi contract with Telkom in November 2020, I have been struggling to to stop the pro bundle debit order. Telkom had two debit orders on the one contract. One was the pro bundle and the other one was for the wifi data package. The wifi package was canceled but the pro bundle is still going off each month. I have sent various emails and made calls regarding this matter. It seems impossible to get hold of accounting. They have ****** more then 7 thousand rand, and I am helpless to stop them from *****ing more.
