TELKOM *****ING FROM PEOPLE!

I took out two contracts on a Black friday sale in 2023. Fast forward 2 years, when I want to cancel the contract, somehow the one ends in November 2025 and the other in January 2026 according to telkom. Fine. Paid them to two extra months. Call in to cancel three times. Once more to confirm. I receive an email confirming its canceled. Three months later I am still being billed by telkom for the same contract! I call in, apparently I now have another contract with them on the same number. Horrible to deal with. Absolutely horrific.
