Telkom *****ing from me in broad daylight

Telkom is operating a business that is full of ***** and *****ulent workers. I had a contract which expired and I told the call agents that continued to harass me that I did not want to renew it. Despite my clear instructions someone still renewed and even upgraded the contract despite my clear instructions. I called to compain about this and nobody has been helpful. They cannot wven provide the evidence of when I am supposed to have accepted to renew and upgrade the contract. Instead I have been taken pillar to post because none of the *********** workers actually want to assist on this *****ulent activity by one of their colleagues. I realize that I should have known better because I have previously read complaints from other customers regarding the ********* business practices at Telkom.
