Telkom *****ing DATA from their CUSTOMERS

For the last couple of months I've been buying Telkom's LTE 3GB+3GB Once Off Data for R49 valid for 31 one days as shown on the Telkom App where I buy it. When Telkom send me the SMS that says it's been successfully loaded it shows that it will expire after only 14 days and it does expire after only 14 days. After numerous calls to Telkom and even visited a Telkom store about it they still has not refunded or supp**** me with extra data that they actually ***** from me.
