Telkom infringing on contract terms

Telkom is once again infringing on their contractual obligations by shaping my uncapped, torrent & news server protocol shaping only 2016 fixed wireless broadband policy.

My internet right now with full reception, in the evenings goes down to 0.1mbs where as my uploads are still at 7 to 15 mbs

After logging a ticket, it took a whole f**king month to get a call that they would send someone to look at it, that was a month ago.

Not only do they repeatedly infringe on legally binding agreements, they're literal ***** I've been told theres no shaping on my account yet here I am with perfect upload and hyper limited down load.
