TELKOM INFRASTRUCTURE

I wanted to get a new Telkom line in a new complex I moved into. Telkom sent a contractor out and he said there is no Telkom infrastructure so he can't do anything. Telkom called me a week later and said that according to them infrastructure is available so can they come install now. I agreed and the second contractor told me the same as the first and said there is no Telkom box going into the complex so he can't do anything.<br> <br> I have repeatedly asked Telkom call centre/e-mail support/shop who to contact or what needs to be done to get this Telkom infrastructure installed but I do not get any replies from any departments or help from the shop staff. The 3G reception is dismal as well so when they tell me to use Telkom Mobile it doesn't make sense at all.<br> <br> Can someone who actually knows what needs to be done please direct me to the correct forms to fill in or how to go about getting this mythical Telkom infrastructure. There is zero coordination between Telkom and their contractors as well.<br> <br>
