Telkom (Informally closed our account) unprofessional _ suspension

Telkom, just closed our account without properly alerting us formally, whilst they have all our contacts to alert us of their decision and unprofessionally, and now they are coaxing us to their deals .. (forcefully) without ethically giving a options prior. It has been a problem (ICASA) should intervene or similar organisation to protect clients.
