Telkom; infinitely useless at every turn

I've been dealing with 6 people at Telkom to resolve a simple renewal and billing issue before anything became a problem. Maxine Rustoff completely messed up everything on 24 June. Over a month later their incompetence has resulted in disconnection and having lost my businesses and I as a client. Despite Charlene Mncube, Hlubi Mthimkhulu, Jarrod Pather, Kgothatso Mojela, Jenitha Mohan also being a part of the correspondence, not one person has resolved the issue. Thank you for the Xbox, modem and laptop I'll be keeping them in exchange for the damages you caused by not doing your jobs. I won't pay Telkom another cent, bring you any further business or attempt to help you fix your problems again. Useless.
