Telkom Inefficient, irresponsible bordering *******!

I app**** for a a contract, LTE 30gig for R499 in September 2015.

Wrong package, wrong debit
First month debit order was R699 which has since increased to approximately R714. On calling Telkom, I was informed that I was receiving 50gigs, hence the charge. I informed them that this was not what I had requested, showed them my application form and they opened a case to deal with it and provided me a case number. The promise was to revert to what I asked for and refund the express debit.

Repeated debits, cases closed, more case numbers
The debits continued and I raised the queries again, this time the old case had been closed yet no changes had been made. I reopened it.

This has gone on since then (17 months). I've had it.

Last week happenings - poor manager, passing the Buck

Fed up with being sent from pillar to post, I made another trip to the store - Fourways Crossing store. I spent 3 hours there. About an hr with the call Centre and another 2 trying to explain my situation to the agent and trying to get the manager to speak to me.

I learnt that only the agent that got me the deal could reverse it, the problem, he resigned last year. The manager, who never came to address me, hid behind doors and sent the agent I was dealing with to tell me I should just take on another 24month contract. Shortly after this, Mbulelo Salman
left the shop ***ardly snuck out for more than an hour.

Next steps
I am fed up with Telkom. I would just like to enew my contract with Telkom and have penalties wavered. I am consulting legal advice for next steps and raising it with the NCC

Save yourself the hustle if you can!

Case numbers
********** 5
********** 8

Good day,

I'm not certain you have taken time to understand my query - you are repeating the same cycle, ANOTHER CASE NUMNBER. I want a resolution, what is the decision that has been made?

when can I expect my refund and/or termination of contract without penalty?

This passing the back and going round in circles is a ploy to have the contract elapse.

Highly *********.
