Telkom Inefficiency and Ignorance

Since 31 August 2015 I am trying to cancel a tel line with Telkom and each person that one finally connects with on the phone has another story to tell and is unable to assist .All the requested forms for cancellation were sent to Telkom and follow ups were made . Hours of waiting are spent on the phone following up on the silence and no reply from Telkom , to finally be connected to a Telkom person and the subsequent ignorance , unprofessional attitude and utter inefficiency as well as empty promises is no joy to \ deal "with "
