Telkom Indifferent Service

My internet has been down since Thursday night. I use it for business. Despite a number of lengthy calls to the call centre and one visit from their outspourced technician, we are still down. I have two seperate reference numbers. Nobody seems to take my complaint seriously and I am losing all confidence in them. I have remained loyal despite repeated overtures from the opposition but I am fast losing patience. Maybe it is time to move providers?
