Telkom increased my spend limit without my consent

So Telkom has decided to increase my spend limit to R500 permanently without my consent! This is totally unacceptable because i chose a plan that fits my budget. I tried calling 180 but the phones ring on end, they never answer. I refuse to pay R500 extra as i NEVER agreed to pay this amount. Telkom is being really greedy and *****!!!!!
